SHIPPING POLICY

Important Information

1. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

2. Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, Desiroyale does not deliver to P.O. Box, Drop Box addresses or APO's. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.

3. All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Delivery: Desiroyale ships worldwide and assures the use of the best possible transport, courier agencies to deliver your products.

IMPORT DUTIES

Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. The VAT /custom duty, local taxes /import duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery ** to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner or courier company. But not worry, Desiroyale will reimburse the duty paid by the customer in the form of store discount which will be valid for a period of 30 days.

Note:

-total discount can not exceed the total duty amount paid by the customer.

-total discount can not be more than 20% of total order value.                      

For eg: if you paid $20 dollar in duty fee then your maximum discount value will be $20 but it cannot be more than 20% of the total order value i.e. if you only spend $10 dollars you will get to $2.00 discount which equals to a  20% discount.

Please email us a copy of the paid duty fee invoice along with your order number at customercare@desiroyale.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

HANDLING CHARGES:

Courier handling charges are borne directly by the customer and are to be paid at the time of delivery to Courier Company or advised by Courier Company.

Please note: 
These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules and regulations.

SHIPMENT TIME:
For items that are in our warehouse in Canada, please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be processed and delivered. Specially-made or handcrafted products are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks and can take even longer depending on the designer and work required. On the product page for each item, you'll see an accurate delivery estimate. E.g. 4-6 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker. Note: 
These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.

TRANSIT RISK: 
All order dispatch by Desiroyale are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.


Shipment Tracking: Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, desi royale will email you the tracking code, along the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.

Note:
The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.       

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Customers are requested to provide full address with the postal code. Desiroyale will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.

DELAY IN DELIVERY: 
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstances, Desiroyale shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.


In case the delivery in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Desiroyale shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternative product or receive a refund for that product.
