Returns & Exchanges

Desiroyale is now accepting returns on all qualifying products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at customercare@desiroyale.com within 1 day of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping fee is payable by the customer.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Notify us via e-mail within 2 days of receiving your order if it was damaged or incorrect. Desiroyale will not charge for the return shipping fee in this situation.

How to return or exchange

Notify us via e-mail within 2 days of receiving your order if it was damaged or incorrect so we can review your application. If approved for a return by Desi Royale then please follow the instructions below:

  • Please mark the items as defective returns.
  • Kindly return your items utilising only registered airmail/courier as advised in our return authorization e-mail and forward the details to us and maintain the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
  • Please return with original packing & in original condition. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received and mention the order number clearly on the package, otherwise the returns package cannot be processed.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Please do not return the item until you have verified with us, if not no credit or replacement can be guaranteed on such items. Unidentified returns may even be returned to the sender.


Receiving a refund

If you are approved for a refund then it will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Desi Royale.com account. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of items. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Desi Royale and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Colors and textures: 

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible that appear on Desi Royale. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Also, some colors have a tendency to differ slightly, please read here for further details on colors and textures variations.

  • Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors
  • Many a time’s green and blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with off white, white and cream colors.
  • Sea green color sometimes looks Aqua blue or the other way around.
  • Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
  • Handcrafted, hand embroidered, products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine-finished products, as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items. The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.


Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item:
Maintain caution when accepting your order from Courier- Once you receive you order, please check the packing condition right away. If it is damaged or tampered with you must verify the number of items in your order with the attached invoice and also open the parcel to check the quality of the items. In case of any doubts, you may either refuse acceptance of delivery or accept delivery by putting appropriate remarks on the proof of delivery. We request you to lodge complaint with the local courier agency office to help us in dealing with any such incidents.

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please inform us within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials along with the item. If possible please click and send us the images of the product as well.
  • We will express ship a replacement item with no extra shipping cost to you
  • If the original ordered item is no longer available, then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will co-ordinate with you in regards to the shipment and ensure you are satisfied with the exchange.
  • If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you the product value in full.
  • Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns/ provide any replacements/ exchange/ store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns or not depending on the merit of the case
